[Contemplation] Moonlit Masquerade by miss boukham

I’m here to review one of the recent fanfictions I’ve enjoyed while staying at home: MOONLIT MASQUERADE by miss boukham
Imma gonna give it’s synopsis first before reviewing it:
Kim Yoobin is singing full-time in a bar that hosts celebrity look-a-like entertainers. From Yoobin’s face down to her talent, everybody admires her very much - but one thing is for sure, she really resembles the famous actress Yang Aeri. With her resemblance, she was then approached by Aeri’s personal assistant and made an offer to pose as Aeri and promises a large sum of money in return. And for Yoobin, who is making both ends meet for her and her handicapped Aunt, accepted the job. To make the story short, she met Choi Seunghyun who is a retired singer but a CEO of his own entertainment company. Yoobin then encounters her problem when the chauvinistic pig she always argues to is actually the man she met under the moonlight - the man of her dreams. And the bad thing for her is that EVERYONE BELIEVES SHE’S AERI. So yeah you get the point.
Moonlit Masquerade is a nicely written BigBang and Wonder Girls fanfic that wouldn’t stop you from turning pages until you finish till the end (or pause for bathroom breaks. hehe) It’s something not too deep nor too light but just the right mixture. It won’t make you bawl your eyes out but it’s something that keeps you intrigued every end of the chapter. This is the first time I’ve encountered matured BIGBANG characters (even though I didn’t picture Taeyang to be exactly what he was in here) but it was a change that happened for a better development of the story, I actually had light guesses to who the real bad person is but the writer will only give you a hint at the near finish. I actually find it commendable that BB and WG characters's relationships were evenly spread throughout the story. The writer knows when they will come out and how big their part will be, not just characters who will be revealed in the start but would not be much of importance in the latter part. All in all, this is a recommended fiction for people who enjoys light reading and not much emotional roller coaster. It is also a good fanfic for WonderBang shippers as well as a fiction with a clean cut shave for it’s nicely done to suit your innocent baby faces. Haha!
